Tatlow, Joseph  Fifty Years of Railway Life in England, Scotland and Ireland, Railway Gazette, First edition 1920, pp223.  Hb.  Very Good - / Poor.  The corners of the covers are slightly bumped, also slight wear at the top & bottom of the spine and foxing to the page edges. The badly torn dw has been repaired internally and has some loss. Tatlow joined the Midland Railway as a junior clerk in 1867, moved to the G&SWR in Glasgow in 1875, became General Manager of the Belfast & County Down at the early age of 34 and finally became General Manager of the Midland Great Western Railway of Ireland.  £16.50
